When we decided to sell on short notice during a buyer's market we knew that we needed a great agent. Our priorities were simple; we wanted aggressive marketing, a smooth
transaction, and an agent who would advise and educate us. After interviewing several
candidates with great resumes; we chose Grant Weaver based on a strong personal rapport, a great marketing plan, and the unmistakable energy he brought to the job.
Grant was a huge success on all fronts. His marketing and presentation of our home was
first-class. The home preparation and staging advice he gave was excellent. His pricing strategy addressed our priorities and market conditions successfully. A little over a month later we had a potential buyer.
The negotiation phase was the most critical aspect of our sale. Buyers were scarce and we wanted to sell quickly but at fair price. Grant had emphasized his negotiation ability during our initial interview. We took him at his word and it paid off hugely in closing our deal. Grant succeeded in highlighting the value in our asking price and convinced the eventual buyer to dramatically increase their initial offer. We met our target sales price and closed the deal fairly quickly.
We wholeheartedly recommend Grant to anyone looking for a dedicated marketer, strong negotiator and all around great agent. Our only regret is that having moved out of the Seattle area; we'll have to try and find a comparable agent in our new location - no small task!

Before I met Grant I was scared about everything that had to do with buying my first home from choosing a property to the whole process.
